Meet the Founder: Manish Nasit

Natural Farmer • Entrepreneur • Regenerative Agriculture Mentor

Manish Nasit is a progressive natural farmer from Gujarat whose journey reflects a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture and soil regeneration. Born in Bhayavadar and now based in Ahmedabad, he transitioned from a commerce background and construction work to full‑time farming driven by passion and purpose. Childhood memories of working in the fields shaped his connection to the land and inspired his return to agriculture. Despite coming from a family practicing chemical farming, he chose a different path rooted in natural, cow-based methods. His work focuses on restoring soil health, improving crop quality, and reducing chemical dependency. Over the years, he has transformed degraded land into fertile, productive farms. Today, he is recognized as a leading voice in natural farming across Gujarat.

As the founder of Niva Organic, Manish is not just a businessman - he is a farmer first.

Everything he builds in his business comes from what he has learned directly from the soil, the seasons, and the realities of farm life. His philosophy is simple: learn from nature, apply it in farming, and extend the benefits to everyone connected with you. At Niva Organic, he implements the same natural principles that guide his fields, ensuring purity, transparency, and sustainability in every product. His mission is not only to grow naturally himself but to uplift every farmer associated with him and with Niva Organic. Through value‑based business practices and farmer‑centric thinking, he is creating a model where growth, sustainability, and community move forward together.

Manish’s farming philosophy is built on the belief that soil, plants, animals, and humans are deeply interconnected. On his farm, he uses jeevamrut, compost, cow dung, cow urine, and biodiversity-friendly practices to create a self-sustaining ecosystem. He has successfully revived barren land by improving water retention, enhancing soil structure, and encouraging beneficial insects and birds. His crops-especially peanuts, vegetables, and castor are known for their quality and purity. Through value‑added products like groundnut oil, khari sing, and chikki, he has built a loyal customer base. His approach reduces farming costs while increasing long‑term sustainability. Manish’s work demonstrates that natural farming can be both environmentally responsible and economically viable.

Beyond his own fields, Manish is dedicated to helping other farmers adopt natural farming practices. He conducts on‑field training, hosts farm visits, and guides farmers transitioning away from chemical inputs. His practical solutions and transparent approach have earned him respect from communities, agricultural officers, and environmental groups. Many farmers; including his own family-have shifted to natural farming under his mentorship. His long-term vision is to regenerate soil across Gujarat, promote chemical-free food, and build climate-resilient farming systems. For Manish, natural farming is not just a method but a mission to protect the environment and future generations. His work continues to inspire a growing movement toward sustainable agriculture.
